The presence of multiple, non-conducting circuits is not a characteristic of Atrial Flutter. Atrial Flutter is primarily associated with a single reentrant circuit within the right atrium that creates a rapid and organized electrical activity. This defines the rhythm seen in Atrial Flutter, where the atrial contractions occur in a regular and organized fashion, typically at rates ranging from 240 to 340 beats per minute.

The "sawtooth" pattern observed on an ECG, known as "F-waves," is a classic manifestation of Atrial Flutter, further illustrating the orderly electrical activity driven by this single reentrant circuit. Other characteristics, including the rate and the organized nature of atrial activity, support the classification of this arrhythmia. In contrast, the presence of multiple circuits typically is more indicative of Atrial Fibrillation, which presents with chaotic and irregular electrical activity, not the organized and regular profile characteristic of Atrial Flutter.
